Salt and pepper meat.

Cook under pressure (15 pounds) for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix cubed pork with all ingredients except stock. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
Add everything to the pressure cooker and cook at pressure for 30 minutes, then allow 15 minute natural release.
Remove the meat and spread out on a foil-lined baking dish (lasagna pan, something with sides so juice won't run off). Drizzle with a few tbsp of the cooking liquid and broil 5 minutes, then flip the meat cubes, drizzle again and broil another 5 minutes.
Eat in tacos, burritos, scrambled eggs, etc.
Rub the cube steak with salt and pepper mixture.
Flour the cube steak.
Brown the cube steak over Medium heat on both sides.
Prepare the soup in a pot according to package direction. Heat through.
Add sour cream to the mushroom soup and stir until incorporated.
In the crock pot, layer a bit of soup mixture, cube steak, soup, cube steak and top with remaining soup mix. (You may also just dump the soup mixture over the cube steak in the crock pot).
Cook on low for up to 6 hours or high for 3 hours. (crock pot only).

In a frying pan, heat Wesson oil, flour, salt and pepper cube steak.
Brown lightly on both sides.
Don't cook.
Cut large pieces in half.
Put cube steak in crock-pot.
Sprinkle flour in pan with drippings.
Brown well.
Add milk and water, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil.
Pour over cube steak in crock-pot.
Cook on low 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Tender melt in your mouth.
Lightly brown cube steak in olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle cube steak with the dry onion soup mix.
Mix mushroom soup with water and pour over cube steak with dry onion soup.
Cover and simmer 45 minute to 1 hour.
Dredge both sides of each cube steak in flour mixture, shaking off
In skillet, heat a little oil on high.
Add cube steak and reduce heat slightly.
Pan-fry steak until just done; then salt and pepper.
Remove to a heated platter and squeeze lime over each steak.
Then top with green onions and parsley.
Lightly bread the pieces of cube steak and fry with Pam only until outside of meat is brown.
Take meat out of pan.
Add soup mix, 2 1/2 cups water, cornstarch and salt and pepper to taste to pan with drippings.
Stir until brown.
Put steak in a casserole dish; pour soup mixture over and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300\u00b0. Great with potatoes!
Spray square baking dish with Pam.
Place cube steak in dish. Mix soups and 1/2 can water.
Mix well.
Pour over steak.
Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Good over rice or mashed potatoes.
Salt and pepper steak and then roll in flour until well coated. Fry until good and brown on both sides.
Put into crock-pot.
Add soup, water and milk to pan that steak was fried in.
Stir until it is hot.
Pour over cube steak in crock-pot.
Cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
Water or milk may need to be added to gravy if it is too thick.
Flour cube steak.
Brown on both sides.
Remove steak.\tPour soup into steak drippings.\tAdd water and stir until well blended. Put steak back into pan.
Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. This is also delicious when cooked in a crock-pot on low for several hours.
