Cube Steak Smothered In Gravy(Cooked In Pressure Cooker) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cube steak (beef or deer)
2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
3 c. water
Preparation
-
Salt and pepper meat.
Cover with flour.
Brown in the bottom of pressure cooker in oil.
After all pieces are brown, pour excess oil out of pan.
Return meat to cooker.
Add water.
Cook under pressure (15 pounds) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool pan by running cool water on top of lid prior to opening.
Excellent with rice or mashed potatoes.
