Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
Place in an ungreased 9-inch quiche or pie pan.
Press over bottom to make crust.
In a large frypan brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Drain.
Stir in zucchini, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, thyme, mushrooms and eggs.
Pour filling into crescent crust.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
For The Crust:
Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles. In an ungreased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish, arrange the dough triangles with their points toward the center of the dish.
Press the dough over the bottom and sides of the dish, pinching the edges together to seal.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In 10-inch skillet, cook zucchini and onion in margarine until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley and seasonings.
In large bowl, blend eggs and cheese.
Stir in vegetable mixture.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Place in ungreased quiche pan (or pie pan).
Press over bottom and up the sides to form crust.
Spread crust with mustard.
Pour in vegetable mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Fry and drain sausage.
Unroll the crescent dough and spread into a 9x13 greased pan, pressing the seams together.
Dough should completely cover the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle sausage and cheese over dough.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
