Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can crescent rolls (8 oz.)
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onions until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Add spices.
    Combine eggs and vegetable mixture.
    Lay crescent rolls in quiche dish to form crust.
    Rub with mustard.
    Pour mixture over crust.
    Bake as you would crescent rolls.
