Spinach Quiche Bites - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
Preparation

Cover bottom and 1/4-inch of sides of greased 9 x 13-inch pan with rolls.
Flatten out the crescent rolls and press against bottom of pan to form a flat crust for quiche; set aside.
