Cook and cool cranberries.
Use 1/2 as much water by volume as lowbush berries.
Mix berries and water.
Boil for 5 minutes or until berries pop open.
Crush and strain mixture through jelly bag or large sieve to obtain clear juice.
To 1 quart Lowbush Cranberry Juice (see recipe), add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water and boil for 5 minutes or until syrup consistency.
Add two cups of water, 1 cup orange juice (Tang may be substituted) and juice of 1 lemon. Chill.
Just before serving you may add ginger ale or can of 7-Up pop.

Combine apple cider, cranberry juice and lemon juice in a large saucepot. Stir in powdered pectin. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Return to a rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim foam, if necessary. Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process 10 minutes ina boiling-water canner.
Stir cranberry juice and bourbon whiskey together in a small pitcher. Pour lemon-lime soda into pitcher and stir gently.
Put ice into 2 pint-sized tumblers. Pour cranberry juice mixture over the ice.
Combine cranberry juice, apple juice and lemonade which has been diluted according to directions on can.
Chill.
Add the soft drink just before serving.
Cook 2 cups cranberry juice.
Add all ingredients except wine. Bring to a boil.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Remove spices, let cool.
Add remaining cranberry juice and wine. Heat and serve.

In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil.

Fill a pitcher with sugar syrup, cranberry juice and lime juice and chill.
Pour into ice-filled glasses, about 3/4 full.

Stir over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in sugar and return to a full boil; boil hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Skim off foam with a metal spoon and pour quickly into sterilized jelly glasses, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
Seal immediately with 1/8-inch layer of hot paraffin.
Yield: 7 pints.
