Pour chocolate and butter over Corn Chex and mix well.
In one big grocery bag, pour confectioners sugar.
Pour in mixture and shake well.
Melt the margarine, chocolate chips and peanut butter together. After all is melted and mixed thoroughly, gently fold in the Corn Chex cereal.
Mix well until all pieces are coated with chocolate mixture.
Be careful not to break cereal pieces.
Pour powdered sugar into a brown paper grocery bag.
Pour coated cereal into the bag.
Close the bag and shake until all is well coated.
Spread on cookie sheets to cool.
