Remove roast from
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F.
Shake flour in oven bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Add gravy mix and water to oven bag.
Squeeze oven bag to blend in flour.
Add onion and mushrooms to oven bag. Turn oven bag to coat ingredients with gravy.
Rub roast with thyme, salt and pepper; place roast in oven bag.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag.
Bake until roast is tender, 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Let roast rest for 5 minutes in the cooking bag prior to slicing.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste on both sides of roast. Place roast in bag. In a small bowl combine first nine ingredients. Mix well.
Combine cornstarch and water and stir until smooth. Pour over roast and top with sliced onions. Tie bag and turn roast upside down and shake so seasoning covers all while holding sliced onion on top. Return to pan, being sure to move onion back to top of roast.
Poke about 5 small holes in top of bag and bake at 350 for 2 hours or until top is a bit brown and roast is tender.

Marinate Chuck roast in a ziploc bag for at least 12 hours.<
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In large mixing bowl, blend mushroom soup, onion soup packet, tomatoes, spices and water together. Place chuck roast in a covered baking dish. Pour ingredients over the roast. Cut onion into quarters and add to the pan along the sides of the roast. Place lid on pan. Place in oven. Cook for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until tender.

Place roast on heavy aluminum foil. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Spread mushrooms soup on top.
Wrap roast in foil and seal well.
Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until tender.
Bake chuck roast in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Then cut up celery, onions, potatoes and carrots.
Place around roast.
Add a teaspoon of salt, dash of pepper and seasoning.
Bake for another 1 1/2 hours until tender.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place roast in large piece of foil. Sprinkle with onion soup, spread cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup on top.
Wrap and seal the roast.
Bake until done. Remove and serve.
Cut two pieces of foil large enough to wrap the meat in. Sprinkle half of soup mix and mushrooms on foil.
Place roast on foil and sprinkle rest of soup mix and mushrooms on top of meat. Wrap very securely.
Place in oven in flat roaster and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
Place chuck roast on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Spread A-1 sauce to cover roast. Spread onion soup mix and mushroom soup over A-1 sauce, covering roast well. Wrap carefully to seal aluminum foil around roast. Bake in pan or baking dish at 350\u00b0 for about 4 hours. Makes wonderful gravy with roast.
Wrap meat in foil to retain the roast's natural juices.
Place chuck roast in center of large piece of aluminum foil in a roasting pan.
Brush meat with steak sauce and sprinkle onion soup mix over it.
Spread with mushroom soup.
Wrap loosely in foil and roast at 350\u00b0 for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and put chuck roast in the bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to use, put chuck roast on and grill to desired doneness and serve sliced thinly.
Place chuck roast in baking dish.
Pour over the tomato soup. Sprinkle the dry onion soup.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve.
Place the chuck roast in the center of a large piece of Reynolds Wrap in a roasting pan.
Brush the meat with A.1. steak sauce and sprinkle the onion soup mix over it.
Spread with the mushroom soup.
Wrap loosely in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Put chuck roast in casserole pan.

Add potatoes and carrots.
Cover and bake for 3 hours or until roast is tender. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until done.
