Potluck Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck roast
    6 potatoes
    1 stalk celery
    3 medium onions
    6 carrots
    1 pkg. pot roast seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Bake chuck roast in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Then cut up celery, onions, potatoes and carrots.
    Place around roast.
    Add a teaspoon of salt, dash of pepper and seasoning.
    Bake for another 1 1/2 hours until tender.
