Brown the chuck meat and neck bones in olive
Put ground chuck in a large bowl.
Cut up onion fine; mash up crackers in buttermilk.
Let crackers get real soft.
Add to meat. Add egg, pepper and salt.
Then add ketchup; mix real good and bake about 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
Then drain good and put more ketchup on top and bake another 15 minutes.
Cover the chuck meat with 2 quarts cold water and boil 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Use vegetables that take longer to cook (carrots, cabbage, onion, pepper and tomatoes).
When tender, add lima beans and yellow string beans.
Before cooking vegetables, add 1/4 pound butter or oleo and 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar.
In a large pot, simmer tomatoes, 1 cup water, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare meat.
Mix meat, bread, onions, salt and pepper.
Shape into meat balls and drop into stewed tomatoes. Simmer for about 1 hour.
Cook the ground meat with the tomato sauce, bell pepper and onion, then drain off grease.
Then put a layer of meat in the bottom of the casserole bowl, then cover it with cheese; repeat twice (2 times).
Cheese should be on top.
Then spread the biscuits as flat as possible on the top.
Then cook until brown.
Mix cornmeal, eggs, soda, jalapeno peppers, milk, salt, salad oil and bell peppers together.
Pour half of mixture into a large greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook ground meat until all pink is gone and drain.
Mix cream-style corn, onion and grated Velveeta cheese.
Mix well.
Pour over the 1/2 mixture in pan.
Pour remainder of batter over this and bake at 375\u00b0 until done, about 30 minutes.

Cook over low heat for one hour.
Add drained kidney beans and heat through.
