Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix until all combined.
Make mixture into balls and roll in shredded coconut.

Chocolate Power Balls

In food processor or blender, puree chickpeas, almond milk, protein powder and stevia.
Process to form a dough ball.
Fold in chocolate chunks, then roll into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Pie

In blender or food processor mix cottage cheese for 2 to 3 minutes to get rid of lumps. Mix longer if needed.
Add milk, Splenda, peanut butter, Jell-o, and protein powder. Mix for another 2 minutes until well blended.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Chill for 1 to 2 hours or more until firm.
Enjoy with a tbsp of fat-free Cool Whip if desired!

No Bake Chocolate Protein Cookies

Melt margarine in a saucepan and add milk, protein powder and Splenda.
Bring to a boil for no more than a minute or until thick.
Remove from heat and add in the oats, peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix well.
If too crumbly add a touch of water, but this should not be needed.
Press into cookies and set to cool on wax paper.
Enjoy!

Chocolate Icebox Pie

Mix
oleo,
flour
and\tnuts
together.
Press\tin
8 x 12-inch
or 7 x 10-inch Pyrex oblong dish (bottom only).
Bake for 20
minutes at 325\u00b0 (do not brown).
Let cool.
Mix cream cheese and
powdered
sugar
together and spread mixture over crust. Cover with your favorite chocolate pie filling recipe. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.

Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Balls

3 to 5 minutes. Add chocolate and stir until just melted

Christine'S High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Microwave peanut butter in microwave 30 seconds.
Add dry ingredients to warmed peanut butter and mix.
Roll into walnut size balls.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Melted chocolate chips in microwave a couple seconds at a time stirring until melted. Dip balls in melted chocolate.
Return to plate and refrigerate until chocolate has hardened. Place balls in ziplock bag. Keep refrigerated.

Chocolate Rum Balls

Drizzle the cake with the rum. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool a little, then add to the cake crumbs, along with cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Mix well, then form into 28 balls. Dampen slightly with water, then roll in the sprinkles, pressing lightly. Arrange on a plate to serve.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

1.Mix peanut butter, honey and protein powder.
2.Add 4 cups of any of the additional ingredients. My favorite combo for taste and health factor is oatmeal, cranberries, flax seed, and peanuts.
3.To make the perfect balls, play around with the honey (if it's too dry) and oatmeal, bran, etc (too moist) until the balls hold their shape and aren't too gooey.
4.Now, roll the balls to about 1cm and then refrigerate.

Chocolate Fiber Balls

Melt Chocolate Chips in Microwave. Add Brown Rice Syrup. Mix in Oat Bran, Psyllium husks and Protein Powder. Add water to make it a little thinner. Mix in the Millet and Kamut. Stir until well mixed. Be patient as the chocolate mixture takes awhile to mix in with the dry ingredients. Form into balls.

Chocolate Protein Frosting

Mix whipping cream and pudding mix together until firm, add silk and protein powder mix about 2 minutes or until thickened.
Keep in refrigerator. Smear over BROWNIES.
