Add cream cheese and half of melted butter. Mix well, then spread on crescent rolls; fold.
Roll in bread crumbs which have been mixed with remaining half of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Wash and skin a plump frying chicken.
Put in crock-pot; cover with Italian dressing.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
(If oven cooking is preferred, place chicken in a covered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour, or until meat falls from bone.)
