Cook the Onion, Pepper, and meat. Drain.

Bread crumbs, Salt & Pepper Ketchup and put in pie crust.
Mix Cheese, Milk & Egg. Spread on Pie and bake @ 350 Degrees.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes.
Cook pie shell as directed; set aside.
In skillet, brown ground beef.
Drain excess oil off.
Add onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Place in cooked pie shell.
Cover with American cheese. Place in oven at 150\u00b0 until cheese has melted.
Bake pie crust at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
Remove and prick gently several times.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
