Venison Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs venison, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup ketchup
    9 inches deep dish pie shells
    10 -12 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoon milk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cook the Onion, Pepper, and meat. Drain.
    ADD:
    Bread crumbs, Salt & Pepper Ketchup and put in pie crust.
    Mix Cheese, Milk & Egg. Spread on Pie and bake @ 350 Degrees.
    for 35-40 minutes.
