Grape Jelly(Recipe For Diabetics.)

Soften gelatine in water.
Bring grape juice to boil.
Remove from heat. Add softened gelatine, stirring to dissolve. Add sweetener. Bring to a full rolling boil.
Ladle into clear 1/2 pint jars.
Makes 2 (1/2 pint) jars.
Keep
in refrigerator.

Combine the grape juice and ginger ale in a pitcher and mix with a wooden spoon.
Add the red grape \"ice cubes\" to serve.

Apple-White Grape Juice Punch

Mix apple juice and white grape juice together. Freeze some for an ice ring. Before serving, add ginger ale and float ice ring.

Sparkling Grape Juice

Combine sugar and water in saucepan, stirring; bring to a boil.
Boil mixture for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Add orange juice and grape juice.
Chill mixture.
Before serving, add ginger ale.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons.

Spiced Grape Juice (Hot)

Tie spices in a bag.
Coffee filters work well.
Put bag into saucepan with the grape juice and sugar.
Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Add lemon and orange juices.
Serve hot.

Cook sugar, cornstarch and grape juice until thick.
Add pineapple and pecans.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
When cool, top with whipped topping.
Refrigerate.

White Grape Juice Tea

Dissolve sugar in lemon juice and white grape juice.
Pour mixture in a gallon container.
Finish gallon with unsweetened tea.
Serve cold.

Grape Juice Icebox Pudding

Cook the grape juice and tapioca in heavy saucepan until done; will be thick.
Add the sugar, orange juice, crushed pineapple and chopped nuts.
Let mixture partly cool.
Put layer of vanilla wafers in bottom of pan and 1/2 of mixture.
Repeat.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with whipped cream.

Spiced White Grape Juice

Place first 3 ingredients into a piece of cheesecloth.
Tie with string.
Combine white grape juice and water in a Dutch oven. Add spice bag and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove and discard spice bag and stir in lemon juice and sugar.
Serve hot.
Yield: 3 quarts.

Spiced Grape Juice

Soak orange rind, lemon, water and sugar for 15 minutes.
Add grape juice, cloves and cinnamon; simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.

Grape Juice Punch

Mix grape juice with 1 quart of water.
Add lemonade with prescribed amount of water on can.
Put ice cream in last. Sweeten to taste before adding ice cream.
Serve immediately.

Grape Juice "Cocktail"

Pour 1/2 of the grape juice and 1/2 of the ginger ale into an 8 ounce glass.
Serves 2.

White Grape Juice Tea

Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Discard tea bags; add sugar, white grape juice and unsweetened lemonade flavored drink mix.
Stir well.
Serve chilled.
Yields 1 gallon.

White Grape Juice Spritzer

In large non-metal pitcher or punch bowl, combine grape juice and club soda.
Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
Serve immediately.
Serves 24.

Great Grape Juice

In a large punch bowl, combine grape juice and water.
Just before serving, add ginger ale.
Garnish with lemon slices.

Sparkling Grape Juice-Lemonade

Place grapes in a zip-lock plastic freezer bag (do not remove grapes from stems); freeze completely (about 4 hours).
Gently stir together the grape juice and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher.
Add frozen grapes to pitcher; serve immediately.
*Note--the freshest grapes hold tightly to the stems; to check before purchasing, very gently shake the bunch; the more grapes that fall away, the older the fruit.
