Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Open yams and drain.

Cook for 20 minutes or until marshmallows brown.

Sprinkle Yams with Brown Sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well.
Pat Butter on top.
Place in preheated 350' oven for 30-35 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Drain the yams.
In a shallow baking dish mash one can of yams and leave the other can of yams in pieces (This is more of a personal preferance, you can leave both cans in pieces if you wish).
Pour orange juice over the yams.
Sprinkle on brown sugar and cinnamon.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Top the yams with marshmallows.
Bake 30 minutes or until marshmallows have melted.
Be sure to watch the yams the last 5 minutes because the marshmellows can burn.

Slice yams into rounds and arrange in glass dish. Sprinkle flour over yams; dot with margarine. Combine white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and water; pour over yams. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until syrup is thick.
In a pan place yams and salt; cook and peel.
In a saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, orange peel, orange juice, cinnamon and pepper.
Slice yams and add to pan.

Remove the cover and bake another 15 minutes.
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and pour into a glass baking dish.
Smooth the mixture out with a wooden spoon or other utensil.
Mix together the topping (it will seem dry) and crumble on top of the yams.
Bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
Drain cans of yams. Place into a large casserole dish. Pour in the can of pineapple (use more or less to your liking) juice & bits. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Mix all together gently (the yams will be soft). Sprinkle on the marshmallows on top. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes and broil for 2 just to get the marshmallows browned.
Boil yams until not quite fork tender.
Peel and cut yams in quarters.
Sprinkle granulated sugar and brown sugar over yams in a medium saucepan.
Add nutmeg, cinnamon, butter, vanilla, salt and water.
Cover and simmer over medium heat until yams are cooked and liquid forms a syrup.
Remove from heat and serve.

Add brown sugar and bring to a boil. Pour into casserole dish and add layer of miniature marshmallows. Bake in oven until marshmallows are brown.
Place yams in baking dish and top with pineapple.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over pineapple.
Use small amount of reserved pineapple juice to dissolve sugar; dot with butter.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
