Candied Yams With Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can yams, drained
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon (more, if desired)
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Place yams in baking dish and top with pineapple.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over pineapple.
Use small amount of reserved pineapple juice to dissolve sugar; dot with butter.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
