Slice potatoes thin.
Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Peel and dice onion; mix with potatoes.
Cut margarine into pieces and drop on top.
Add salt and pepper.
Fold over aluminum foil; roll edges to close.
Place over campfire or on grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Turn over every 15 minutes.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Prepare tuna can by removing paper label, and washing thoroughly. Place 1 pat of butter in bottom of can. Add 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1 pineapple ring and a little of the juice. Place 2 Tbsp. of the cake batter on top of pineapple ring. Cover can tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in campfire coals for about 15 minutes. Each can serves one person.
Place potatoes in center of piece of aluminum foil.
Sprinkle onion over them.

Seal foil around potatoes.

Cook directly in campfire or on outdoor grill until tender.
If not camping, baking may also be done in oven directly on rack at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Arrange a grid over your open fire and position a soup pot over it.
Saute onion and celery in bacon fat until soft.
Cover with water and add potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are soft.
Add ham hock and diced ham.
When the ham hock is warmed through, add navy beans and more water if necessary.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Ladle into bowls and eat around the campfire.
Layer all on double sheets of heavy-duty foil.
Cook on campfire 30 minutes.
Turn and cook 20 to 30 minutes.

Cook 1 1/2 hours over campfire.

Prepare cake mix and directed on box.
Cut off the top of the orange (about 1/3).
Save for lid.
Spoon the fruit out of the bottom 2/3 of the orange, leaving empty shell.
Fill shell 1/2 full with cake batter.
Place lid back on orange.
Wrap entire orange in aluminum foil.
Place in coals of campfire for 10 to 12 minutes. Eat out of shell.
