Campfire Cake In An Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cake mix or gingerbread mix
oranges
aluminum foil

Preparation

Prepare cake mix and directed on box.
Cut off the top of the orange (about 1/3).
Save for lid.
Spoon the fruit out of the bottom 2/3 of the orange, leaving empty shell.
Fill shell 1/2 full with cake batter.
Place lid back on orange.
Wrap entire orange in aluminum foil.
Place in coals of campfire for 10 to 12 minutes. Eat out of shell.
One orange per serving.
