Chicken Casserole

Put cut up cooked chicken in bottom of 13 x 9 casserole dish. Add package of California medley.
Spread can of cream of potato soup over vegetables.
Top with cheese.
Roll out croissant rolls and cut into strips.
Put on top of cheese and mixture as lattice shape.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cover with foil until last 10 minutes of baking.

Bean Medley Salad

Open can of beans and pour into a strainer. Rinse off the beans. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
Repeat first step with the corn, and add to the beans.
Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
This recipe works best if allowed to sit for 24 hours for the flavours to blend.

Vegetable Medley Casserole

Mix well while still frozen.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until casserole bubbles.
Casserole should be greased 9 x 9-inch size or in case you double the recipe, use a 9 x 13-inch.

Microwave vegetables to thaw and warm.
Spread in greased Pyrex dish.
Slice cheese and cover top of vegetables.
Mix crushed crackers in enough butter to coat well.
Sprinkle over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.

Swiss Vegetable Medley

Thaw and drain California Blend.
Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and half can of onions.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with rest of cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
Makes 6 servings.

Cheesy Vegetable Ritz Medley

Cook and drain the California blend.
Melt Velveeta and margarine together.
Pour over vegetables in baking dish.
Mix melted margarine and Ritz crackers.
Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Frozen California Vegetables(Recipe For Heart, Diet, Low-Fat)

Thaw vegetables and cook in boiling water about 10 minutes; drain, in large bowl.
Combine all ingredients except crackers and oleo, put in baking dish, cover with crackers, cut up oleo on top of crackers.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Will keep in refrigerator for several days.

Birria Recipe

Place California chile pods and guanjino chile peppers into a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
Pour chiles and water into a blender; add mixed spices, onion, and salt. Blend until sauce is smooth.

Lipton California Mashed Potatoes

In 3-quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. Drain; return potatoes to saucepan.
Mash potatoes.
Stir in parsley and onion recipe soup mix, blended with hot milk and sour cream.
Makes about 8 servings.

Chicken Medley

Melt butter.
Add 1 can chicken broth and vegetable medley. Simmer 20 minutes.
Add second can of chicken broth and rice. Cover; let simmer until rice is cooked to taste.
Uncover and let simmer until broth is absorbed into vegetables and rice.

Multi-Grain Breakfast Medley

In a small sauce pan combine soy milk and Multi-Grain Medley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in brown sugar and fruit. Serve warm.

Skillet Vegetable Medley "Risotto"

Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion 3 minutes or until softened.
Add mushrooms and garlic and cook 3 minutes.
Stir in wine and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook 1 minute.
Stir in Green Giant(R) Riced Cauliflower Medley and cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until softened.
Add asparagus and cook 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

Wild Rice Medley

In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add shallot; cook stirring occasionally until shallot wilts, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add rice mix, water, wine and thyme; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 20-25 minutes.
Stir in water chestnuts, vegetable medley, and red bell pepper; cook stirring occasionally until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Place in serving bowl and garnish with parsley.

California Vegetables

Place frozen California mix vegetables in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Leave for 2 minutes; drain and cool.
Chop olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery and onions.
Combine dressing, vinegar and oil; pour this over vegetables.
Cover and set in refrigerator at least 24 hours.

California Blend Hot Dish

Brown hamburger with onions.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add in layers:
California veggies, rice, cream of chicken soup mixed with milk and water.
Melt margarine and pour over layers.
Add Cheez Whiz in drops.
Top with French onion rings.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
