Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen California medley
1 large can cream of potato soup
1 pkg. grated (mild) Cheddar cheese
1 can croissant rolls
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put cut up cooked chicken in bottom of 13 x 9 casserole dish. Add package of California medley.
Spread can of cream of potato soup over vegetables.
Top with cheese.
Roll out croissant rolls and cut into strips.
Put on top of cheese and mixture as lattice shape.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cover with foil until last 10 minutes of baking.
