Microwave burritos on a plate 5 at a time for 4-5 minutes.

Cut each burrito into thirds and place in pan.

Put a little bit of enchilada sauce in bottom of crock-pot. Then layer burritos - sauce - cheese. There is no right way to do this, just make sure there is a little of sauce on each burrito.

****I do this with FROZEN beef and been burritos, mild enchilada sauce, and mexican blend of cheese. But I'm sure you can use any kind of burrito out there. You can use larger cans of enchilada sauce if you like them a little more moist.

Prepare filling by mixing refried beans, chilies, cumin and garlic together in a bowl.

Mix the cucumber sauce a couple of hours ahead of time.
Mix the paste together and set aside. Brown the hamburger or turkey, add the paste and simmer for just a few moments. (if using the vegetarian suggestion reduce the water and cook rice with the paste).

Put small amount of salsa in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix soup, salsa, chilies and 3/4 of cheese.
Wrap pieces of chicken in burrito shells with a small amount of cheese.

Pour soup and salsa mixture over burritos and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.

While you are waiting, mix salsa and soup together in a large bowl.
When 20 minutes is up, pour the salsa and soup mixture over burritos.
Put grated cheese and green onions all over the burritos.
Bake until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling at 350\u00b0.
TO MAKE BASIC PORK SAUSAGE RECIPE: Place ground pork into a large bowl. Measure and distribute ingredient items evenly over pork. Wearing kitchen gloves, combine mixture using hands until thoroughly blended. Brown pork sausage in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.
TO MAKE VARIATION SAUSAGE RECIPE: Add specified additional ingredients before mixing. Brown in skillet, or cook according to recipe directions.

While burritos are frying, heat the chili on stove or microwave.
To serve:
Plate the burrito, top with a ladle of chili, add a handful of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and onion.
Sprinkle a few jalapenos on top.
Finish with a couple tablespoons of salsa and a dollop of sour cream.
Place burritos in lightly greased baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce and salsa over burritos.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil; bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.

TO MAKE BURRITOS:
Heat a large skillet
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth, then gradually add water. Bring to a boil; cook until thickened. Add tomato sauce, chili powder(s), garlic powder, bouillon, cumin, and salt. Simmer about 5 minutes more.
Place frozen burritos in a lightly greased 13x9 pan. Pour sauce over burritos. Top with cheese, olives and green onions.
Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
Heat burritos and chili separately as stated on wrappers. Place a burrito on plate, top with chili, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese.
Serve with Spanish rice and beans.
