Bumble Bee

This is a layered shot.
First pour the Bailey's into the shot glass.
Then take an upside down spoon and touch it to the inside wall of the glass.
Carefully add the Kahlua.
Repeat this process for the Sambuca.
If done properly, the alcohol will stay separated and resemble a bumble bee.

Cranberry Bee Balm Jelly

Heat 1/2 cup water pour over the bee balm and let steep 1 hour or over night in the refrigerator then strain.
Pour steeped bee balm, cranberry and lemon juices into a heavy pot. Whisk in the pectin to dissolve. Bring to a full rolling boil.over medium high heat. stirring frequently. Stir in sugar and return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute.
Skim foam.
Pour into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. Process in a boiling water bath 5 minutes. Remove jars and cool without moving in a draft free place.

Bee Balm Tea

Bring water to a boil. Place bee balm in a cup (or a tea ball and then in a cup). Pour boiling water over bee balm.
Add sweetener, if using, to taste. Let steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Rich Tuna Salad, Even For The Tuna Haters :)

Drain tuna, trying to get as much juice out as you can.
Feed the juice to your kitties :).
Place in a medium bowl.
Dice the red onion finely.
Dice the dill pickle finely.
Mix the above ingredients with the mayonnaise and mix as finely as possible.
Add the chopped olives, lemon pepper, fresh dill and dried mustard, mix well.
Serve on freshly baked Sourdough bread. Add lettuce and tomato, if desired.
For a low carb version, omit bread and dollop on a nice bed of lettuce (free food!) :).

Bumble Bee Licorice Candies

Tint 3.5 oz fondant yellow by kneading food coloring into fondant on a surface dusted with powdered sugar. Knead remaining white fondant until soft. Wrap fondant separately in plastic wrap until ready to use.
Roll licorice pieces out to about 1/8 inch thick using a rolling pin. Roll pieces of fondant out to the same thickness as licorice. Stack licorice and fondant pieces together, alternating colors. Cut stack into 3/4 inch pieces then set aside until firm.

Form into 4 or 5 big patties or make several small ones.
Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil until browned on both sides.

Twisted Tuna Fish Sandwich

While the eggs are boiling, mix drained tuna with mayonaise, mustard, lemon juice, relish, salt, pepper and paprika. Fold peeled and smashed eggs into tuna mixture. Place in refridgerator for 30 minutes for flavors to come together. When ready to serve, spread a little of the miracle whip on the bread and toast. Top toasted bread with tuna and serve with lays plain potato chips.

Gluten Free And Paleo Tuna Avocado Cups

Gently mix tuna, celery, onion, dill, mayo, salt, mustard, lemon pepper and black pepper together in a small bowl until just combined.
Stuff the avocado halves with equal amounts of the tuna. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Mediterranean Tuna Pizza

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil and spread spinach over top.
Combine remaining 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, red onion, garlic, tomato, leeks, tuna, and salt in a small bowl. Spread evenly over pizza crust. Top with crumbled feta cheese and shredded Parmesan cheese, if using.
Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, or as directed on crust package. Slice and serve!

Easy Microwave Potatoes And Tuna

Slice potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange potato slices overlapping slightly inside the outer rim of a 9-inch pie or quiche dish.
Sprinkle with green onions, garlic, and white wine vinegar. Cover dish with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave on high about 5 minutes or until just tender.
Remove from microwave, and let sit covered for 5 minutes.

Tuna And White Bean Lettuce Wraps With Balsamic Syrup

Place tuna, cannellini beans, onion, parsley, and capers in bowl.
In separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red vinegar, and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into tuna mixture. Stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Albacore Tuna And Rice Medley Lettuce Cups

Cook the rice according to package instructions. Transfer the rice into a medium bowl and let cool till warm to the touch (not hot).
Add the carrots, peas, and tuna to the rice. Gently fold to incorporate all the ingredients together.
Fill each lettuce cup with about 1/2 cup of the rice mixture.
