Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Bumble Bee salmon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. each: chopped green pepper, onion (finely) and fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
Preparation
    Drain salmon flakes.
    Combine ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Form into 4 or 5 big patties or make several small ones.
    Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil until browned on both sides.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
    If you make large patties, substitute egg white for whole egg for low cholesterol.
