Mix sugar and cornstarch in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Add orange juice gradually, stirring until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes together in one mass (very stiff).
Separately, whip egg yolks and to them by spoonfuls add the hot mixture.
Pour back into saucepan and cook over medium heat and boil several minutes.
Add yogurt and butter. Place a paper towel over the saucepan and then put the pan top on over it.

Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
