Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon
    12 eggs
    fine bread crumbs, sauteed in butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until done but not crisp. Spray Teflon muffin tin with nonstick spray.
    Cover bottom of each muffin receptacle with sauteed bread crumbs. Add spoonful of grated cheese. Circle slice of bacon inside each receptacle.
    You can do this the night before having guests for brunch.
