Good Idea Mandarin Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
    8 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. orange juice
    7 egg yolks
    2 c. vanilla yogurt
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange slices
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
    Add orange juice gradually, stirring until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes together in one mass (very stiff).
    Separately, whip egg yolks and to them by spoonfuls add the hot mixture.
    Pour back into saucepan and cook over medium heat and boil several minutes.
    Add yogurt and butter. Place a paper towel over the saucepan and then put the pan top on over it.
    (This collects vapors that condense; good idea, eh?) Chill thoroughly.
