Combine soups and Cheez
Whiz; heat until bubbly.
Put rice in the bottom of a long baking
dish.
Stir in broccoli, soups and Cheez Whiz. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
Cook rice.
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter while cooking broccoli.
Drain broccoli well. Combine rice, onion, mushrooms, broccoli, soups and Cheez Whiz. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking another 10 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. This allows it to set!

Add 1 1/4 cups of milk and the softened cream cheese.
Cook and stir until smooth and bubbly. Stir about 1 cup of the hot mixture into the beaten egg; return to mixture skillet.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened, 1/2 minute.
Stir in cooked, chopped broccoli; set aside.
