Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1 c. rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 1/2 cans water or broth from chicken
    almond slices or crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Boil chicken to tender.
    Let cool, then bone and cut into pieces.
    Saute onion in margarine; add broccoli.
    Place all ingredients in slightly greased casserole in this order: dry rice, chicken, onions and broccoli, soups and liquid.
    Stir and then sprinkle with almonds or crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
    Can be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator until cooking time.
