Makes 2 quiches.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix cheese, flour and broccoli and put into pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over this and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cook broccoli in microwave for 5 minutes.
Mix broccoli with 2 eggs and 3/4 cup milk.
Divide the broccoli, cheese and bacon between two 5\" pie plates coated with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, cream,salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper.
Pour over broccoli and bacon.

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish and preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Steam broccoli 3 minutes, cool and press dry.
Beat together the eggs and milk until frothy.
Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt, then stir into the egg mixture and mix well.
Fold the broccoli, cheese and onion into the mixture.
Spoon the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into bite-size pieces.
