Broccoli Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep-dish pie shells
1 1/2 large bags frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Semi cook broccoli according to directions on package.
Cube cheeses.
In bottom of pie shells, arrange broccoli and cheeses. Mix eggs and cream until foamy.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
