Broccoli Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Cheddar
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. evaporated milk
4 to 5 eggs
1 pie crust (1-2-3 Pie Crust)
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil broccoli and drain.
Toss with margarine.
Place in bottom of pie crust.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese mixed with flour. Beat eggs and evaporated milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over broccoli and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately 60 minutes or until set in center.
You may have to cover your crust toward the end to prevent overbrowning.
Real men even eat this quiche!
