Ham, Broccoli, Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup ham, diced
2 cups broccoli, in florets (small head)
1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 cup whole milk (can use cream or evaporated milk too)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
white pepper
salt (optional)
Preparation

preheat oven to 375.
spray an 8x8 glass pan with non stick spray.
sprinkle raw broccoli, ham and cheese in, mixing them together.
whisk eggs with milk, dijon mustard and white pepper to taste.
pour over the ham/broccoli/cheese
bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
cool 10 minutes before cutting.
