br>Slice one wheel of Brie cheese in half so you have
trim brie cheese of the outer layer.
Place on plate. Pour caramel sauce over top.

Blue Cheese Dip: Combine all seven ingredients in a bowl; Beat until smooth.
Makes 1 1/8 cups.
Serve with wings.

Place the blue cheese in a bowl
Brown meat in skillet. Drain. Add taco mix and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add nacho cheese dip and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Heat and empty into bowl or pour into crockpot on low heat.
Remove brie from refrigerator and packaging and
s a nice runny dip after all the cheese is melted.
Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Brush four 3/4-cup baking dishes with oil.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium skillet on medium heat. Cook the red onion, mushrooms and parsley, stirring, until the onion softens.
Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in half of the Brie cheese. Divide the mushroom mixture among the dishes. Break 2 eggs into each dish.
Bake for 5 mins. Increase the oven temperature to 425\u00b0F. Sprinkle the remaining Brie cheese over the eggs. Bake for 5 mins or until the eggs are set and cheese melts. Serve hot.
Trim off top of Brie. Trim sides. Cover with caramel dip. Add apples in a circle around outer edge. Sprinkle on small pieces of apple, apricot and cranberries.

Heat oil in deep skillet on medium heat.
Add onions and cook until transparent.
Add brown sugar and vinegar and cook covered for 15 minutes over low heat until onions are caramelized.

Scoop the cheese spread into a small bowl; add the bacon, bread crumbs, parsley, and seasonings, if using.
Mix well.
Remove stems from the mushroom caps; discard.
Gently rinse and wipe the caps clean.
Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom wells; place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350*F oven for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
