MEATLOAF:

For the Meatloaf, combine all of the ingredients

Place bread in mixing bowl with milk, soak for a minute or two. Add breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, gravy master, mustard, 3 T of ketchup, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Mash this all up into a paste.

Mix tomato sauce and remaining 2 tbsp of ketchup together and pour on top.

Mix Know gelatine with juice and worcestershire sauce, set aside.

Grind onion and bread together, then put oatmeal through grinder.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put in a loaf pan (pyrex works best).
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Best if mixed up ahead of time and refrigerated 24 hours before baking.
