In a large Dutch oven, combine the baked beans, onion, bell pepper, and the bacon. Season with chili powder, Worcestershire, vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic powder and salt. Add cayenne if using.
Cover and bake for one hour in the oven.
You can uncover the second 1/2 hour if you like your beans on the thick side.

Crush Ritz Crackers into crumb size pieces.

To make the halibut:
Season the fish on

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
Lightly coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Rinse halibut filets and pat dry.
Place fish in a single layer in the baking dish.
Mix together yogurt, onion, lemon pepper, parsley and salt; pour over fish filets.
Drizzle filets with lemon juice.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until fish is firm and can be flaked with a fork.
Rinse halibut and place in a well-greased baking pan.
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and seasonings.
Place onion slices on top of fish and top with bacon slices.
Dot with butter and bake in a preheated 400F oven for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily, basting frequently.
Serve garnished with lemon quarters and parsley.
Place halibut filets in a glass baking dish.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over halibut.
Sprinkle Monterey Jack Cheese over halibut.
Add jalapenos and pour a small amount of juice from jar to coat halibut.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees until halibut is done.

Line a 12 x 8 x 2-inch shallow baking dish with foil.
Lightly brush both sides of halibut steaks with oil.
Arrange in dish. Sprinkle with orange peel and dill. Cover dish with foil and bake at 450\u00b0, allowing 10 to 12 minutes cooking time per inch of thickness measured at its thickest part or until halibut flakes when tested with a fork.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
Spread mixture on top of halibut.
Top with onion, Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until halibut flakes with fork.
