Baked Halibut Olympia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces halibut (7 oz. each)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 small yellow onion, diced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Spread mixture on top of halibut.
    Top with onion, Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until halibut flakes with fork.
