Pizza pans with small holes work best for this recipe.
Spread out crust on pan, top with sauce, cheese and your favorite pizza toppings.
When coals are hot, place pizza to outer edge. Keep vents (if you have them) half open.
Cooking time may vary, usually 12-18 minutes (unless using prebaked crust). You may have to experiment with what times and temperatures work best on your own grill.
Done when cheese is melted and crust is brown.

Prepare grill using charcoal and hickory wood chips or preheat gas grill to low.
Combine first four ingredients (sugar - pepper) in a bowl and rub all over ribs.
Let the ribs stand a room temperature for 15 minutes.
Put ribs on grill grate, skirt side down, cover and slow cook until brown.
Turn and cook the second side until brown and ribs are done(approximately 2 hours).

Add ginger ale until ribs are completely submerged.
Place onions directly onto ribs (3-4 slices per rack).

Place ribs onto medium high grill, and baste with your favourite bbq sauce.

Combine BBQ sauce ingredients, and slather on the baked ribs. Place ribs on BBQ grill or in a stove top smoker for 10 mins or until sauce is set or slightly charred.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a slow boil. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Double wrap ribs in aluminum foil, place in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0F oven.

Slice onions and place in bottom of slow cooker.
Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
In large skillet or stockpot, heat oil and brown ribs on all sides and transfer to slow cooker.
Mix together borth, wine and au jus gravy mix and pour over ribs.
Cover, cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
Serve hot over cooked noodles :).
If preparing to freeze cool completely, cover and refridgerate overnight. Discard fat layer from the top, Transfer to an airtight container cover and freeze.
Mix together barbecue sauce and orange juice. Lay ribs in a baking pan and pour barbecue sauce mixture over the top. The ribs should be nearly submerged in the barbecue mix. Cover pan with foil and set oven to 250\u00b0.
Boil the ribs for at least 1 1/2 hours, or until the meat begins to pull off of the bone.
SAUCE:
Combine the sugar, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and margarine or butter in a sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat until it thickens.
