Oven Grilled Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. country-style pork ribs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. rosemary
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Rub ribs on both sides with salt, pepper, ginger and rosemary. Brush sparingly with soy sauce.
    Place ribs, fatty side up, on an ovenproof plate or pan.
    Grill in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, depending on thickness of ribs.
    Check for doneness by piercing with a fork.
    Remove ribs from oven.
    Wrap in foil.
    Keep warm.
    Add hot water to pan.
    Scrape up brownings.
    Strain juices into a saucepan.
    Heat.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cut ribs into even pieces.
    Serve with pan juices.
