Mix contents of stuffing mix pouch, 1 1/2 cups hot water and 1/4 c. margarine, cut up, in large bowl just until moistened. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
Combine contents of vegetable seasoning packet, water, apple juice and butter.
Stir until butter is melted.
Stir in stuffing crumbs.
Place 1/4 cup stuffing on each steak and roll up.
Place Rouladens in baking dish, seam side down around the edges of the dish.
Place remaining stuffing in the middle of the dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

Shape into loaf, place on greased or foil-lined baking sheet.
