Beef Stuffing Rouladens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Stove Top mushroom and onion flavor stuffing mix
1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. butter or margarine
6 boneless, tender steaks (no more than 1/4-inch thick)
Preparation

Combine contents of vegetable seasoning packet, water, apple juice and butter.
Stir until butter is melted.
Stir in stuffing crumbs.
Place 1/4 cup stuffing on each steak and roll up.
Place Rouladens in baking dish, seam side down around the edges of the dish.
Place remaining stuffing in the middle of the dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with mushroom sauce if desired.
(A rouladen is something which is rolled up.)
