Super Easy Spicy Beef Minestrone Soup

Cook ground beef in a stock pot.
Season to taste.
I add a little pepper and dried minced onion.
Add the rest of the ingredients, undrained.
(Sometimes I put the tomatoes in a blender first because my husband hates tomato chunks.) Simmer, covered, about an hour until flavors blend.
Stir occasionally.

Quick Minestrone Soup

Brown hamburger.
Add rest of ingredients using enough water to make soup consistency desired.
May be made in kettle on top of the stove or is a wonderful slow cooker recipe.
Serves 8 to 10.

Minestrone Soup

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet and drain. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot. Simmer at least 30 minutes. We like a little more pasta, so we add 1 cup elbow macaroni and a little more water. Cornbread goes great with the soup! Hugs!!

Two By Four Soup

Brown meat and drain.
Melt Velveeta cheese and add Rotel. Add meat to mixture and a can of water.
Let ingredients simmer. When soup is warm throughout, add cans of minestrone soup.\tReheat soup.
Pour over fritos.
Serves 8.
(Cut in half for fewer people.)

Easy Minestrone Soup

Cook ground beef with onions.
Drain fat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Set on low and simmer.

Quick Beef Minestrone Soup

In 3 quart pan, combine water, vegetables, tomatoes, pasta, bouillon and basil.
Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir beef into simmering soup.
Immediately remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.

Minestrone Soup

In large saucepan, or Dutch oven, combine beef shank, water, salt, pepper, bay leaf and garlic.
Bring to boil.
Simmer, covered, 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove beef from soup and separate from bone; return to soup.

Low-Fat Minestrone Soup

Cook beef; drain off fat (I rinse mine).
Add rest of ingredients.
Simmer an hour or longer.
This makes the large crock-pot full and is very good.

Minestrone To Die For

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
In a 10x15 inch baking dish, combine the meat, minestrone soup, tomato soup, water and onion soup mix. Mix well.
Bake at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for 8 hours. (Note: If needed, you can bake for less time at a higher temperature; just make sure that the meat is completely cooked through.)

Crock Pot Ground Beef Minestrone Soup

Brown ground beef along with onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic.
Boil 3 C of water and mix in beef & chicken bouillon.
Put all ingredients into crock pot and stir.
Cook on high 2 hours, low for 3 - 5 hours or if you want to extend the cooking time all on low for 8 - 10 hours or to your desired doneness of the veggies.

Manhandler Soup

Brown ground beef in soup pot along with onion and peppers. Drain.
Add 2 cans of soup and 2 cans of water.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and beans; salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Mexican Soup

In a large pot, add minestrone soup, Ranch style beans, stewed Mexican tomatoes, whole kernel corn and water.
Saute onion, celery and ground meat.
Drain well and add to minestrone soup mixture with chili powder.

Ground Beef Minestrone Soup

Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet.
Combine browned ground beef, onion, garlic, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, celery, zucchini, and macaroni in slow cooker.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Combine with salt and Italian seasoning. Add to slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on LOW 6 hours.

Beef Minestrone Soup

In a large pot or dutch oven, brown meat in 2 T olive oil. Remove beef and drippings from pot (keep drippings).
Saute the onions, carrots, and celery in the olive oil and butter. Add potatoes and zucchini, one at a time, cooking each for 2-3 minutes before adding the next. Salt and pepper between each addition, to taste.
Add white beans, green beans, beef stock, and tomatoes. Cover and cook slowly over low heat for at least 3 hours.

Beef-Minestrone Soup

In a large pot, cover beef with 7 cups water.
Add seasonings, vinegar, tomato paste, quartered tomatoes and onion.
Cover; bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 hours.
Remove meat.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Discard any fat and bone.
Return to pot.
Add vegetables and simmer 45 minutes longer.
Cool, cover and refrigerate.
Next night, bring to boil.
Add macaroni and kidney beans.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Crock-Pot Soup

Brown and drain hamburger.
Place in crock-pot.
Add in layers the Ranch Style beans, minestrone soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Add water and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer in crock-pot.

5 Minutes From Can To Man Soup

Brown and drain meat; add onions and pepper and simmer. Add next cans of Ranch Style beans, minestrone soup and tomatoes. Simmer and top with grated cheese.

Beanstroni Soup

In saucepan, brown ham and onion in butter.
Stir in bean with bacon soup.
Blend in water.
Add minestrone soup.
Heat; stir often.
Makes 5 cups.
