Low-Fat Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 (16 oz.) cans minestrone soup (Campbell's or Healthy Choice)
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 cans chili beans
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation
    Cook beef; drain off fat (I rinse mine).
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer an hour or longer.
    This makes the large crock-pot full and is very good.
