Season ribs with salt pepper and paprika.
Heat pressure cooker.
Use 3 tbsp of oil and brown ribs in pressure cooker.
Combine all above ingredients and pour over ribs in pressure cooker.
Close cover securely and place pressure regulator on pressure vent pipe and cook 7 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
Let pressure drop of its own accord.
Then crisp the ribs on the bbq with your favorite bbq sauce.

BARBECUE SAUCE/MARINADE
Combine all the ingredients (except ribs) in a sauce pan, bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes, cool a bit.
Place the slabs of ribs in a large plastic bag and pour in the sauce, turn to coat the ribs and seal the bag.
Marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
Remove ribs from the marinade and reserve the marinade.
Place ribs over medium heat and grill for 50-60 minutes turning the ribs and basting with the marinade during the last 20 minutes of cooking.

Wipe ribs with damp paper towels.

Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes longer, basting with remaining sauce.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except the beef, and adjust seasonings

Brush ribs with sauce on both sides.

Baste with remaining sauce from time to time.

Arrange beef ribs on rack in baking pan.
Saute onion and garlic in oil until golden.
Add mustard, tomato puree, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, hot pepper sauce, barbecue spice and salt.
Simmer about 15 minutes.
Strain.
Brush barbecue sauce generously over beef ribs, covering them thoroughly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting frequently with sauce until beef ribs are tender and well done.
Store any remaining sauce, covered, in refrigerator.
Place ribs in oven at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
Pour off fat.
Turn oven to 325 degrees.
Cover ribs with sauce and cook for 1 3/4 hours.
Spoon additional sauce on as needed.
Place ribs in a large pot of water
Heat the oil in a deep-fryer to 375
Separate beef ribs.
Set aside.
Heat and stir remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves.
Let cool.
Marinate ribs in sauce for two hours or overnight.
Next day, lift ribs from marinade, gently shaking off excess.
Barbecue, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
Makes 6 servings.
