Teriyaki Beef Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef ribs
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
    2 cloves garlic, minced and mashed
Preparation
    Separate beef ribs.
    Set aside.
    Heat and stir remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves.
    Let cool.
    Marinate ribs in sauce for two hours or overnight.
    Next day, lift ribs from marinade, gently shaking off excess.
    Barbecue, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
    Makes 6 servings.
    (Sauce is also good for Teriyaki Steak.)
