Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Add cheese to Basic Meat Loaf recipe. Cut peppers in halves and stuff with meat mixture.
Pour Marinara Sauce over them and bake 1 hour.
Heat oven to 400. Grease bottom of 12 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
Beat egg; stir in milk and oil. Mix remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy.
Fill muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan and place on cooling rack.
Saute onion, celery and chicken separately in skillet with a small amount of oil.
Place in mixing bowl.
Add 3 to 4 eggs (depending on the amount to be served).

Pile flour onto a work surface and make a small well in the center; place eggs, egg yolks, olive oil, and salt into the well. Gently stir the egg mixture with a fork, gradually drawing in flour until dough comes together.
Knead dough with hands until smooth and leathery, about 10 minutes.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap; let rest until malleable, 1 to 2 hours. Remove plastic wrap.
Cut dough into four pieces; roll out with a rolling pin. Run flattened pieces through a pasta roller to create desired noodle shape.

Heat butter, flour and milk in a small pan, stirring continuously, until sauce thickens and boils. Remove from heat. Add eggs, smoked haddock and parsley. Season.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9- by 12-inch casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Saute the mushrooms and onions in margarine; set aside.
Mix the soup with water; set aside.
Pour half of egg substitute in bottom of dish. Layer onion and mushrooms, soup and Canadian bacon. Pour remaining egg substitute over all. Top with cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and the dish is hot and set all of the way through; about 30 minutes.

Cook the hamburger and taco seasoning as directed on seasoning packet.
Beat your eggs with water or milk as you would for scrambled eggs. Don't cook.
Layer the tortilla chips on the bottom of a 9 X 11 casserole dish. I end up using about 2/3 of the bag.
Spread hamburg mixture over the chips.
Pour the egg mixture over chips and hamburg.
Spread salsa over the top and then cover with cheese.
Bake until eggs are fully cooked in the middle of the pan.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
