Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium.
Combine the meatballs and barbecue sauce in a bowl, tossing to coat.
Alternately thread the meatballs, onion, mushrooms, pepper and zucchini onto the skewers. Season to taste.
Char-grill or grill for 8-10 mins, turning on all sides, until cooked through. Serve with the additional barbecue sauce and salad.

Prepare the basic meatball recipe -- except cook them in a Dutch oven.
Drain off the excess fat.
Add the soup, sour cream, peas (with liquid) and potatoes, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the dumplings.
Drop the dough by TBLS onto the boiling stew. simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes.
Cover and simmer another 10 minutes longer.
Serve.

Place into a baking
Wash the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
Place each slab of ribs on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and rub well with rib rub.
Seal the foil and place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and place sealed packed in a 275 degree preheated oven.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
Baste both sides of ribs with Memphis Barbecue Sauce recipe 99023 and grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Serve with extra sauce and lots of paper towels.
Spray a large roasting pan with Pam.
Wash brisket.
Massage liquid smoke on both sides of brisket.
Massage barbecue sauce on both sides of brisket.
Place meat with fat side up and seal top of pan with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 4 1/2 hours. Check to see if tender or needs a little more time.
Melt butter in saucepan; add green onion and garlic.
Saute. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and red pepper.
Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
Add barbecue sauce.
Saute 4 to 6 minutes. Don't overcook!

Defrost your meatballs.
Thread a piece of onion then a meatball, add 1 piece of green papper, then another meatball, add a red pepper etc until you have 6 meatballs on the skewer ending with a piece of onion.
Repeat for your second skewer.

BBQ over mediun heat, or Broil 6\" from broiler, or bake 375f until the balls are golden and heated through apprx 15-20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
In a food processor, process mushrooms and garlic.
In a large bowl, combine mushroom mixture with beef, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, 2 tbsp barbecue sauce and red pepper flakes.
Using a standard ice cream scoop, scoop mixture into 12 even meatballs.
Brush with remaining 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce.
Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or until fully cooked.
