In large bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire and liquid smoke.
Stir in salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.

Mix the soup and barbecue sauce together and set aside.
Beat the eggs, add milk and break up the bread and add to eggs and milk. Mix together as for meat loaf.
Add 1/4 of the barbecue sauce to the hamburger.
Make into very small balls and cook in oven on cookie sheet.
When done, put in crock-pot and pour remaining sauce over them.
