Barbecue Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 bunch celery, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/4 bottle catsup
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 whole garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Cook hamburger.
    Drain.
    Add to celery, pepper, onion, catsup and puree.
    Simmer in slow cooker until soft.
    Add the sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Simmer 1 hour more. Serve with buns.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
    Cooking time:
    6 to 8 hours.
