Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Mix chicken, onion, cheese and seasonings in a bowl.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
The oil should be at least 1/4 inch deep.
Roll a portion of the chicken mixture into a corn tortilla, and using tongs, place the rolled tortilla into the hot oil.
Fry on both sides until the tortilla is crisp.
Set the crisped enchilada aside in a shallow baking dish.
Repeat until mixture (or tortillas) are gone.
Cover with enchilada sauce and bake for 1/2 hour at 300\u00b0.

Mix soup with enchilada sauce and water until well

2. Coat bottom of a 9X9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Combine chicken with the enchilada sauce in a bowl. Spread mixture in bottom of pan.
4. Spread can of beans over chicken mixture and sprinkle cheese over top.
5. Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
6. Sprinkle with cilantro & serve with tortilla chips.
Brown beef and onions in microwave on High for 4 minutes. Drain if necessary.
Stir to crumble meat.
Add enchilada sauce and soups.
In a 3-quart casserole dish, layer tortillas, meat mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers, except cheese.
Microwave on Medium about 20 minutes or until heated through.
Top with grated cheese and let stand until melted.
Simmer hamburger meat, green chilies, soups and enchilada sauce for a few minutes.
Crush Doritos in bottom of dish.
Dish sauce on top.
Sprinkle cheeses on top.
Put in oven until cheeses melt.
Serve.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In medium bowl, mix chicken, sugar, salsa, enchilada sauce and corn.
Place tortilla chips in an ungreased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Top with chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
If desired, arrange additional tortilla chips around edge of dish.
Whisk until blended.

Lay pork chops in baking dish and cover with the enchilada sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
After 20 min with chops in the oven, turn them in the sauce and bake 10 more minutes.
Turn off the oven and remove baked and coated chops from the dish and place on a platter.
Cover with finely chopped onions and shredded cheese and put them back into the warm oven just to melt cheese.
Serve and enjoy.
